BRIO is excellent value for 8-10 guests in 5 staterooms. Although BRIO has the capability to take 12 guests, she is better suited for families - 8 adults/4 children with 7 crew.

Alex is from Durban, South Africa and has always had a passion to travel the world. In 2013, he received his Hospitality Management/Culinary degree from Stellenbosch University and then went on to a 6 month internship at the wine estate, Terroir Restaurant which is one of the top 10 restaurants in South Africa. Shortly thereafter, Alexs sister introduced him to yachting and decided to move to the South of France and has not looked back since! Alex has a love for watersports, fishing and hiking.
Chief Stewardess: Lisa Moskowitz
Lisa hails from Johannesburg South Africa and is passionate about anything involving the ocean and traveling. She is a qualified PADI scuba diving instructor.
She has a Bachelors degree with honors in Sports Management, but it only took one holiday of scuba diving, water sports and boating for her to know where her heart belonged. She is excited to be part of the BRIO crew and looks forward to helping create the best possible experience for everyone aboard. Lisa is service oriented and dedicated to quality. Her enthusiasm for adventure and attention to detail help create a fantastic BRIO experience. Whether it means dressing as a pirate or arranging sunset cocktails on a secluded beach, Lisa is committed to making sure your vacation is as unique as it is carefree. 1st Mate: Fabio Marchesi
Fabio, a South African with Italian roots, has had a passion for all things nautical ever since childhood. His enthusiasm was encouraged by his beloved Nonno/Grandfather, whom would often tell him stories of his time in the Italian Navy. Fabios first experience sailing was in 2009 as delivery crew aboard a 46ft catamaran from Cape Town to Tortola. After the 6,500 NM trip, Fabio spent the next five years working as a dive instructor in the Seychelles, Mozambique and the Red Sea and working on Super Yachts. In addition to being a qualified PADI scuba diving instructor Fabio also holds a Yacht Master Ocean certification. Fabios years of experience with a multitude of water-activities make him a natural instructor who is happy to share his knowledge with guests. His infectious enthusiasm for the underwater world is sure to charm and engage all guests.
Stewardess: Raquel Stover
Raquel was born in New York and moved to Charlotte, NC as a teenager. She has had a passion for the ocean and nature in general since a young age. She has a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development and a minor in Spanish. After spending her 4 years of university on the coast of North Carolina and a semester on the coast of Spain, she knew she would never be too far away from the water. She was introduced into the Yachting industry during her time at the University where she interned with a local Yacht Broker. She went back home where she pursued sales in the Insurance Industry for a year and then sales for a credit card company, meanwhile bartending and serving on the side. Her desire to travel and experience more in life pushed her to relocate to Fort Lauderdale and pursue a career in the yachting industry. She is extremely excited to be a part of the Brio crew and ensure your experience with us is one you will never forget.
Engineer: Morgan Thursfield
Morgan is one of a twin and was born in Johannesburg and grew up in Durban, SA. He has a diesel engineering background, which makes him versatile in the deck and engineering department. He joined the yachting industry in December 2011 and worked onboard ENCORE for 2 years and transitioned onto GRAVITAS with the same owner at the end of 2013. Morgan loves the outdoors especially surfing. Morgan is an incredibly hard worker and will go out of his way to make your trip a memorable one.
Deckhand: Nicholas McGee
Born in Goldsboro, NC and raised in Southport, NC. Growing up, Nicholas mostly enjoys baseball, along with fishing and water sports. From his love of sports he went to college to pursue baseball. He played 5 years of collegiate baseball as a catcher and graduated with a bachelors degree in business with a concentration in marketing. In his early 20's Nicholas began tournament fishing again and being around the water as much as possible while teaching business in high school. He then decided to share his passion for yachts and fishing full time with other people. He also enjoys meeting new people and looks forward to showing guests a fun time while onboard. In Nicholas's spare time he enjoys duck hunting, fishing, wakeboarding, spearfishing and even more fishing. Nicholas was previously employed on LADY HATTERAS, 78' Hatteras as Mate.
