Power Yacht Go Overview

This brand new 95' motoryacht offers three spacious staterooms, each with king-sized beds. The master is on-deck and has a fantastic panoramic view. The full-beam VIP is considered a second master, with his and her heads and also has a Pullman to accommodate a seventh guest if needed. "GO" has zero-speed stabilization which means that when you are at anchor you'll feel like you're ashore. The décor is stylish, contemporary and elegantly comfortable. The salon is open and spacious, providing lots of room for entertaining. The flybridge has a martini bar, dining for eight, a great deck for sun-worshipers, a barbeque, and 360° views from the Jacuzzi. Up to six guests can dine inside the salon or on the large aft deck which comfortably seats up to eight. There are enough toys so that every guest can be on the water at the same time using the Waverunner and kayaks, or wakeboards and tow tubes pulled behind a 29' Center console tender. Although oriented towards adult couples, "GO" is a fantastic platform for a family as well. Her knowledgeable, professional and fun-loving crew are waiting to provide you and your guests with a magnificent holiday full of culinary delights, exciting excursions, and endless hours of relaxation for the trip of a lifetime.

Ricky Dobkins

Captain: Ricky Dobkins

Ricky was born and raised in a small town near Beaufort, North Carolina. His maritime career began at age 22 when he was asked to join a 93' square-rigged schooner for his first Atlantic crossing. He now brings to the M/Y GO more than 16 years of sea going experience on board both sailing and power yachts. After 5 years of working on luxury private and charter sailing yachts Ricky made his move to motor yachts as captain of a 108' Broward.

With his extensive knowledge of coastlines having cruised the Caribbean Islands, Bahamas, north and south east of the United States, Great Lakes, Central America and the Mediterranean, Ricky's experience will give his guests aboard the M/Y GO an unforgettable journey.

Captain Ricky ensures his guests feel welcome and safe. With customized itineraries and activities to accommodate guests of all ages he makes sure if you want to spend your days lounging and reading or going out to enjoy the many activities the yacht can provide, the choice will be yours.

With his "never give up" mentality, Chris has been recognized numerous times for his cooking abilities and has had great opportunities for furthering his career in the culinary arts. For instance, Chris was selected to participate in a food competition while attending a culinary arts workshop sponsored by the East Valley Institute of Technology. He was also granted a scholarship out of high school to pursue his interests in cooking. He has his food handler's card, knows CPR, and has passed his clearance for fingerprint, state, and background checks.

Through his website, www.ccmculinaire.com, Chris has offered cooking classes to others, helping others to develop a passion for cooking. He had the privilege of offering a demonstration - accompanied by one of his students, who is ten years old - at the Seattle French Festival where he cooked Beet Blini with Seared Salmon and Dill Cream. Chris also cooked a three-course buffet dinner at the local Ronald McDonald House in 2015. He has been on Motor Yacht GO since January 2016 and has brought a new level of food service and creativity to every charter.

Mate: Mike Lemay

Mike Lemay was born in Waterbury, CT and spent his childhood riding bikes, playing with friends, and on the water. He was captain of his school's robotics team and won a handful of bowling tournaments during high school. While winters were spent inland, his summers were spent out on the water. Mike got his first boating license at 13 and fell in love to the point of saving up and buying his first boat - a 12-foot StarCraft aluminum boat - at the age of 14. Since then, he has owned a modified Sea-Doo jet ski and a 23-foot Mako center-console boat and has pursued a career in yachting "after hearing the cliché saying 'do what you love' about a hundred times throughout college," he says.

Mike, who has a STCW certification from maritime Professional Training as well as a bachelor's degree in education and learning from the University of Connecticut, has worked aboard a fractional ownership yacht and was a senior deckhand aboard a tour boat on the Connecticut River prior to being called to the yacht charter industry. He looks forward to getting his 100-ton USCG Master's License and hopes to be the master aboard a yacht or remain in the yachting field through a management-level, land-based career.

Mike enjoys what he does and has spent most of his life on and in the water. He is a master of the jet ski and can teach beginners how to feel comfortable while handling a jet ski in the clear waters. Mike is outgoing and funny and enjoys telling guests about his experience with the pigs on Big Major as an owner practiced his pig call over the loudspeakers. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his truck, spending time with friends and simply being on the water.
