The Galley is accessed to port of the formal dining area and features a stew pantry/ service area before opening up into the full storage and working area. There is privacy door separating this area from the dining. Extra freezer/refrigeration is available in the crew quarters.
On-deck Master: The Master Suite is forward on deck with a King size bed. The en suite luxurious bath features rich Italian marble floors and counters, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, double sinks and private toilet with bidet.
There are 2 guest staterooms below amid ship (King and Twin w/ pullman) and another 2 guest staterooms (Queens) below aft. All are en suite, offer iPod docking stations and full AV entertainment with flat screen TVs.
*Each guest stateroom has en-suite facilities with Jacuzzi tubs and integrated showers. Mini- self service refrigerators are installed in each guest room. All guest areas and staterooms offer satellite service, Kaleidescape, Blue Ray systems and iPod connectivity.
The Sky lounge features a full bar with stool seating, game table, corner sofa arrangement and 55 edge lit LCD TV. Al fresco dining and seating aft provides an alternate setting to the formal dining below while further aft of this is a perfect cocktail seating area. Up another level on the Sun Deck guests can enjoy cocktails by day or night in the Jacuzzi, at the full bar or in one of the chaise lounges.
Entering the foredeck via the forward bridge area are twolarge sun beds to port and starboard this private guest spot is still away from the lower foredeck working area where the smaller jet tender and waverunner are situated.

Captain Todd Likins
Chef Kevin Eastman, USA
Born in Honolulu on a Military base, Kevin spent the early years of his life in the Pacific. He lived on Midway Island and later moved to Virginia. Kevin fell in love with cooking at a young age spending time with his Grandma. She shared her knowledge and way around the kitchen. After studying emergency medicine, he attended Johnson & Wales University in Norfolk, Virginia where he received his Culinary Degree. Kevin has cooked across the country at a variety of restaurants, resorts, and country clubs as sous and executive chef. His favorite locations include Sun Valley, ID, Bald Head Island, NC, & Virginia Beach. While working at the Clevelander Hotel in Miami Beach, he happened to drive by the Miami Boat Show and got the "salt fever". Shortly after that he started working on yachts as a chef and hasn’t left yachting! When Kevin isn’t creating tantalizing flavors for your palette, you can find him parachuting, riding his motorcycle or doing crossfit. Feel free to stop by the Galley and see Kevin in action.
First Officer Jesse Clinton, USA
Jesse is originally from Savannah, Georgia. Jesse fell in love with boating at a young age. He spent his childhood sailing the east coast with his family. He learned how to sail at an early age and has a keen understanding of the ocean. By the age of 10 he knew his lifelong dream was to be a captain. When he was a teenager, he sailed the tall ship circuit and eventually taught sailing to young adults. At age 18 he earned his captain’s license with plans of making yachting his career. Jesse has spent the past several years crewing aboard sailing yachts & busy charter motor yachts. His calm demeanor and being a natural on the ocean makes him the perfect crew member. Chief Stewardess Maggie Delozier, USA
Maggie was born and raised in the beautiful state of Vermont. When she was 9, she moved with her family to the warmer climate of California. She has many memories, growing up of doing road trips across the states. These family adventures unleashed a passion for traveling. Before yachting, Maggie worked as a waitress at a 5 star restaurant in California. It is there that Maggie learned the fine art of service and she quickly became a natural. In 2011, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to start a career in yachting. Since then she has been crew on board a sailing yacht & a busy charter motor yacht. She has enjoyed her time cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean and is excited to continue her journey on “Just Enough”. When Maggie isn’t sailing the blue waters, she enjoys the outdoors, tennis, fitness, and her favorite: baking.
Chief Engineer Adam Mercer, USA
Originally from Rhode Island, Adam developed a love for the ocean at a very young age. He spent his summers fishing, boating and working at local marinas in his hometown of Barrington. Upon graduating with a focus on Mechanical Engineering he decided to move to Florida. Shortly after discovering the yachting industry, Adam found his technical background, formal education, and hands on marine experience could be utilized aboard a yacht. He now holds a 100 Ton Master Captains license as well as an Engineering license through the U.S. Coast Guard. Adam’s primary concern is the safety of guests and crew aboard, while ensuring the vessel is maintained to a high standard. Adam’s positive outlook and calm demeanor make him a perfect crew member for "Just Enough". When he is off the vessel, Adam enjoys fishing, spearfishing, and mountain biking, or working on his own boat. In the near future he has plans to fully restore a 1980 sport- fishing boat.
Bosun/ 2nd Engineer Petey Paulsen, USA
Petey was born in Brooklyn NY. Despite growing up in the concrete jungle, he found sanity taking to the ocean. Spending most of his youth commercial and charter fishing. He then made the transition into the yachting industry in late 2009. From there he has worked his way up from deck to master, running small yachts from Maine to the Caribbean. Petey's love for the ocean and expanding his education has brought him to JE. His high energy and positive personality will put a smile on anyone's face. In his free time, Petey enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing, diving and surfing.
Second Stewardess Madison Stalker, USA
Born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Madison grew up boating on the Great Lakes. In May of 2016 she graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising and P.R. Her unwavering yearn for adventure and strong background in the service industry lead her to yachting. The day after graduation, she bought a one-way ticket to Fort Lauderdale and never looked back. Always bubbly and full of wit and energy, she aims to ensure you have the time of your life on "Just Enough". Madison enjoys most watersports, her favorite being wakeboarding. When she is not on the water you will most likely find her watching a hockey game.
Third Stewardess Molly McLaughlin, USA
Molly comes from a small town in Wisconsin. She has always had a sense of adventure, wanting to explore much farther than her states borders. Always chasing after warmer climates. Molly developed a love for service after working at a waterfront restaurant for four years. It was at this point she decided to combine this love with her passion for being on the water and started working on a riverboat on Fox River in Wisconsin. There she would give tours along the river, she enjoyed interacting with guests and making their outing special. It was here she found out about the yachting industry and soon later booked her flight to Fort Lauderdale, moving down in October of 2016. She is thrilled to be apart of the Just Enough crew and is looking forward to what the future has in store!
Deckhand Trey Syles, USA
Trey was born and raised in southern Indiana. He grew up boating on the Ohio River, doing weekend trips with his Grandparents. This is where Trey fell in love with fishing and the outdoors. He also enjoyed playing sports in high school, excelling at basketball. Trey studied entrepreneurship at Western Kentucky University. While looking for a summer job after his freshman year, his Uncle who is a Charter Chef recommended yachting. The next day, Trey moved to Miami and never left. Applying the winning mindset to everything he does, Trey is working towards getting his Captains license. In his off time ,Trey enjoys playing basketball, fishing, hiking & reading.
