David started his career in London in French restaurants at 19 years old. Then, he wanted to widen his knowledge in practising different cuisines such as Italian, Mexican and Asian to acquire different skills.
Five years later he runned his own restaurant. In 2000 he went back to France and worked in the one star Michelin les Terraillers in Biot.
Now his cooking is based in combining all those knowledge with fresh and delicatessen products.
David respects both hygiene and nutritional rules and is completely open to suggestions.
