Meet the Crew

Captain Christina
Captain Christina is a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed charter captain based in the stunning U.S. Virgin Islands, where the Caribbean’s turquoise waters and vibrant island culture have become her home. Her journey to the helm began with an unexpected twist—she inherited her first sailboat on a whim. What started as a leap into the unknown soon became a lifelong passion, leading her to trade a career in nursing for the freedom and adventure of life at sea.

Christina brings with her the precision, quick decision-making, and calm under pressure honed during her years as a dedicated nurse—skills that now anchor her work as a confident and compassionate captain. After logging over 360 days of sea time, completing rigorous USCG-approved training, and earning her Master’s License with sailing endorsements, she now leads unforgettable charters across the Virgin Islands.

Whether it’s a lively day sail from Red Hook, a serene sunset cruise off the coast of St. Thomas, or a multi-day island-hopping adventure to hidden gems like Honeymoon Bay, Christina thrives on sharing the magic of the USVI. For her, the islands are more than just a destination—they’re a way of life. The steady trade winds, colorful reefs, and close-knit island communities of St. Thomas, St. John, and beyond inspire every journey she leads.

Captain Christina is known for her warm, attentive approach and her ability to turn strangers into shipmates. She crafts personalized itineraries that highlight the best of the Virgin Islands—creating space for discovery, connection, and moments that linger long after the anchor is weighed. With each charter, she brings the same care, professionalism, and enthusiasm that defined her career in nursing, ensuring every guest leaves with a deeper love for the sea and the islands she’s proud to call home.

Chef Robert
Chef Robert has always felt at home where the sea meets the sky—salt air in his lungs, a helm under his hands, and a deep appreciation for the rhythm of life on the water. Based in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, he has spent years navigating the Intracoastal Waterway from Virginia to the Florida Keys, weaving through calm channels and venturing offshore to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and beyond. For Robert, every journey tells a story—whether it’s reading the clouds to dodge a storm, steering through choppy seas, or savoring the stillness of a starlit night at sea. There’s a thrill in delivering a vessel safely to port, knowing he’s carried someone’s dreams across the water.

But Robert’s passion doesn’t end at the helm—it flourishes in the galley. A lifelong lover of Southern cuisine, he brings bold flavors and warm hospitality to every dish, blending regional comfort food with the vibrant, sun-soaked tastes of the Caribbean. From honey-glazed salmon that melts in your mouth, to jerk chicken with the perfect kick, to a key lime pie that tastes like a tropical breeze, his meals are crafted with care, creativity, and heart.

With experience in both captaining and cooking, Robert seamlessly balances precision and imagination. He finds joy in planning menus, sourcing provisions, and creating meals that turn a boat into a home—transforming strangers into friends around a shared table. His days are a dance between two worlds: the steady hand of a mariner and the soulful spark of a chef.

Whether it’s a quiet sunset sail or a weeklong passage across open water, Chef Robert is driven by connection—crafting unforgettable moments through both cuisine and care. Each journey is an opportunity to create memories that linger long after the anchor drops: a perfect meal, a safe passage, a story shared under the stars. Always ready for the next chapter, he’s passionate about making every charter feel effortless, welcoming, and truly one-of-a-kind.
