Jim is a U.S. Coast guard-licensed captain with over 30 years' cruising and sailboat racing experience. He is an avid fly fisherman and has equipped Andiamo with the latest gear for fly fishing, spin casting, and deep-sea fishing. Jim's long-time interests also include travel, food and wine, scuba diving, astronomy, jogging, and hiking.
Jayne owned and operated a highly successful catering business in Washington, D.C.. She has been featured in several Washington Post articles and the Washingtonian Magazine, as one of the capital's premier caterers. Jayne specializes in international cuisine, an interest she acquired while living in Singapore, Libya, Italy, and France.
