These extensive guest quarters will accomodate up to a party of 12 people in a truly relaxed yet refined style.

Air-conditioned throughout, Lone Star features one of the most lavish and spacious salon and bar areas found on any luxury yacht.

A new art work from an internationally famous French artist, Laurence Setton has been selected to decorate the yacht.

Outside, enjoy over 2500 square feet of uncluttered deck space, a large cockpit seating / dining area and too many over-stuffed sun cushions to count!

Discover Lone Star; the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and space.

About the crew aboard Yacht Lone Star
Your Crew:   Capt. David Miroux - 4 crew in total
Description:

Captain David Miroux
David Miroux has recently joined Lone Star as her new Captain. David, who is 34 years old, has a long experience at sea with a round the World voyage on several catamaran sailing yachts. These cruises took him from France across the Atlantic, the Pacific, and the Indian Ocean to the Red Sea and to the Mediterranean, and again the Caribbean.

From Venezuela to the British Virgin Islands, the Caribbean islands has no more secrets for him. David has a great personality, he is confidant, totally in control, delighted to be in charge of one of the largest catamaran cruising yacht in charter service. He is a graduate of the famous "Ecole d' Hydrographie de Saint Malo" one of the most prestigious maritime institute in the World. With his crew, David is in charge of insuring a perfect cruise for his guests on-board Lone Star, sharing his love of sailing and the sea and making each and every moment memorable.

Chef Alain Schieb
Born in Papeete, Tahiti, Chef Alain Schieb was eager to go back to sea and Lone Star provided the opportunity. Recognized as "Best Chef in France in 1993" (Meilleur Ouvrier de France 1993), finalist of the "Pierre Taittinger International Culinary Meeting", winner of the 39th "Auguste Escoffier International Culinary Grand Prix", finalist of the "Cordon d'Or de la Cuisine Francaise" in Monaco, Alain Schieb brings his exceptional talent and expertise on-board Lone Star. He is at his best sharing his passion for great food with his guests, and the unique setting of an 86' catamaran sailing in Paradise while savoring Alain's cuisine comes close to re-defining Epicurean moments.

First Mate: Olivier Sickert
Olivier is from Switzerland and is 23 years old. Trained as a technician in electronics, Olivier also has a great passion for navigation and sailing regattas. This eventually lead Olivier to crewing aboard Lady Barbaretta before joining Lone Star, and taking the great leap of trying out his first Atlantic crossing, successfully... Captain David feels he has a proven and responsible mate in Olivier, and with his pleasant personality and willingness to jump in and assist both his crew mates and guests.

Stewardess: Jennifer Critchley
Jennifer was born in England and is 30 years old. Over the past few years Jennifer has taken her hotel management training and experience to sea. She loves entertaining the guests, and has learned to anticipate their every desire and needs, greeting everyone with her permanent smile and creating the most pleasant on board experience imaginable. Jennifer will ensure that your cabins are comfortable, she is efficient and discreet, and you will find that she prepares the prettiest dining table..

Guest Comments:
The food was out of this world. We actually had to ask to make smaller portions for lunch. It was like eating at a 5-star restaurant every meal with only our bathing suit on.
