Adjust to the island life with Jim, a U.S. Coast Guard Captain and PADI scuba Instructor. A native of New England, the lure of the tropical climate and ideal sailing conditions brought him to the Virgin Islands, where he pursued his dream of buying his own charter yacht. Besides his love of sailing and scuba diving, he also enjoys golf, skiing and racquetball.
Great food and fun are always on the menu, and Jennifer is the perfect hostess. One of the highlights of your stay on Flamboyance will be the meals prepared by Chef Jennifer Fishel. Utilizing more than ten years of culinary experience encompassing both gourmet restaurants and catering, Jennifer offers a range of menus designed to please every appetite.
