Harvey and Tracy are an English couple who met while Tracy was in College studying Travel and Tourism and working in as manager part-time in a bar. Captain Harvey holds Yacht Master and Dive Master qualifications.

Tracy's formal chef training started at a local college and moved on to an intensive one-on-one chef & galley management course in Palma, Majorca. Tracy completed this internationally recognized course designed specifically for the luxury charter industry in September of 2005.

They then delivered a yacht across the Atlantic and spent 2 years in the BVI crewing as a Captain and Chef team aboard another sailing yacht before joining Pas De Deux. Tracy continued to take culinary courses with a top local chef to advance her techniques and style.
