Pat and Staci have lived and sailed in the Caribbean for many years and know the Islands as their own personal playground. They totally restored a classic Chris Craft sailing yacht, owned and operated a successful day sail business out of St Thomas for 15 years and have a large following of happy guests.
Captain Pat began in the cold weather of Wisconsin and as soon as he was old enough, he jumped on a ship joining the US Coast Guard in the Great Lakes. Once he was free he began heading south. His boating skills are exemplary and he is a well-respected captain in the Caribbean as well as being known as a true Caribbean storyteller! He worked on private yachts and managed charter boat companies.
He is a true Caribbean captain through and through.
Before arriving in the Caribbean, Staci traveled the world extensively, concentrating on Europe and studying their cuisine. She has a professional degree from a well know Culinary Institute in Provence, France. She loves to be creative with her meals and uses the freshest ingredients she can get her hands on. Her main goal in cooking is to use local and fresh foods as possible to turn out outstanding meals and brings the best of many countries to your table.
She is a dive master, has many years experience as both dive and snorkel guide and is also a published underwater photographer working with several Virgin Island magazines.
