His previous careers in the entertainment and restaurant industries combined with his love of sailing and the Virgin Islands make him the perfect Captain for your adventure. Ed has spent the last 11 years in the Virgin Islands as commander on various charter yachts. Safari is the perfect platform for Capt. Ed to show you the beautiful Virgin Islands and, maybe, tell you a pirate story or two.
Chef/Mate Ian has worked in all areas of kitchens in Alaska, Hawaii, New York and Vail. He works his galley magic with varied cuisines such Italian, French, Progressive American and Vegetarian. With two years experience as a chef aboard catamarans in the Caribbean, Ian looks forward to helping you relax and enjoy your vacation and his delectable, tempting magic from the galley.
