About the crew aboard Yacht Destination Fox Harb'r Too
 Your Crew:   10 Crew Members
 Description:

Captain Bill Hawes
Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to his leadership position. His many years of sailing and motor yachting experience ensure a coordinated and professional crew. As the son of Navy personnel, Bill was provided a coast-to-coast upbringing from which he assumed an inherent love of the water.

His love for sailing began at age 10. Bill has progressed through all levels in yachting, captaining an impressive fleet of top-notch vessels, both sail and power, including Atlanta, Mustang, September Morn, Sacajawea and Martha Ann. Bill holds a USA 1600 Ton Master 's license, supplemented by a British MCA and Cayman Island compliance equivalency certificate.

He has covered extensive sea miles throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South Pacific, Bahamas, New Zealand and the Galapagos Islands, east and west coasts of the U.S., as well as trans-Atlantic and Pacific voyages. Bill is also an avid free diver and windsurfer.

Chef Ben Mercier
Ben is from Quebec, Canada. He began his culinary career at the age of 19. He traveled the world from Japan, Africa, France and Bermuda where he saw his first "Big White Boat " and knew he wanted to work aboard one. Ben is inspired every day by the limitless possibilities in the galley and the opportunity to cook with the highest quality ingredients. Chef Ben will delight you with his creative style.

Stewardess Bridget Ross
Bridget was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She worked as a sales representative and decided to make a career change and start a life of traveling. She completed stewardess course and obtained her STCW '95 in Cape Town. While doing the course was offered a job in France on a mega yacht. She enjoyed the new life and has been doing it for 5 years.

Chief Engineer Joel Antoinette
Joel grew up in the yachting capital of the world, Fort Lauderdale. The history of sea farers in Joel 's family dates back as far as the 1800 's from Key West Florida fisherman to Military Naval Veterans of WWII.

His first start in the yachting industry was working for a family owned marine air-conditioning business when he was just a teenager, but Joel needed to see what was out on the high seas and what took place in the far away lands that the large yachts were always visiting. He made friends with all the elders in the industry while doing his AC work so he could learn the tricks of the trade. He worked hard and received his USCG Engineers License in his mid-twenties.

Joel was then able to fulfill his dream and have the experiences of adventures that lay in the far away lands. There 's an old saying that goes, "Once the sea gets in your blood, its hard to get it out ", and Joel seems to be living proof of that saying while he follows his family traditions and roots.

Bosun Jason Feaver
Jason hails from a small village on the West Coast of Canada. He discovered a love for the ocean early in age through surfing, fishing and working as a wildlife guide. He brings that love for the ocean to his life onboard Destination Fox Harb 'r Too. Jay will keep you entertained and informed, whether it 's snorkeling, diving or telling a great story.

2nd Stewardess Barbara Chisholm
Barbara was raised on Vancouver Island in Canada. She grew up in a very active, sporting family and went on to play Soccer at University and Provincial Level. She enjoys all outdoor activities and is always keen for an adventure.

Barbara is also a certified Massage Therapist and is trained in a variety of modalities. She will be happy to setup a treatment that will leave you rejuvenated, relaxed, and renewed.

Stewardess Colleen Hawes
Colleen hails from Washington DC, having previously worked at a software company performing clinical trials, and was the director of client training. She received an Undergraduate Degree in Maryland and an MBA in Computers from Pennsylvania State University.

Colleen is also a freelance writer, and has been published in various boating publications, as well as being a food critic in Madison, Wisconsin. Her "House Boat Journey" was also featured on the "MPR Morning Addition" with Bob Edwards in 2003.

Deckhand / 2nd Engineer Nicholas McInnis
Nick was born on Prince Edward Island, Canada. The rural fishing community where he was raised is where he developed a love for the ocean, fishing lobster and tuna in the Gulf of St. Lawrence with his father. It was this beginning that brought Nick to discover the adventure in the yachting industry. Nick has a keen interest in engineering along with a strong background in IT, and recently completed his AEC at Maritime Professional Training.

Deckhand Chad Frieslich
Chad 's hometown is Cape Town, South Africa. Once he completed his studies at Stellenbosch University, he began his yachting experience in the Mediterranean, namely Antibes and Monaco.

In his previous job he worked in Doha, Qatar, working on a motor yacht for the royal family in the Persian Gulf. His passion for traveling brought him to the States to further his career in the Super Yacht Industry. Chad has a fond interest in sea life and loves to snorkel and keep active.

The crew aboard Destination Fox Harb 'r Too are a professional and friendly group. They are a great asset to make your charter vacation a very memorable experience.
