Alan Coles is an MCA recognized Ocean Master and his 20 years of sailing experience include transatlantic deliveries and private and charter yacht captaincy. The vessels he has captained range from 38' sailing catamarans to a 120' motor yacht.

Alan has sailed in many waters throughout the world, gaining invaluable experience.

Kai Daehnke, Alan's wife, enjoys creating the freshest and tastiest dishes from varied cuisines, which are always beautifully presented.

Kai has sailed with Alan on most of the deliveries and they have worked together as Captain and Mate Couple for over 10 years.

They are both PADI Open Water certified and share their passion for sailing, diving and snorkeling, history of people and places and hiking.
