The British Virgin Islands consist of the main islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke, along with over fifty other smaller islands and cays. Renowned for its protected sailing and excellent weather year-round, they are considered by many to be the most popular cruising grounds in the world. The BVI's have some of the most beautiful anchorages and sandy beaches in the Caribbean. There are so many fun options from spectacular dives and snorkels to high-speed water sports, island tours, beach combing, or just relaxing and topping up your tan, there is something to please everyone and at the end of every day enjoy a cocktail while you watch the sun go down.

Day 1:
Set sail for Norman Island, the original "Treasure Island". After lunch go treasure seeking while snorkeling at The Caves. Spend the evening relaxing in a secluded anchorage just around the corner, or explore some of the bars in The Bight.

Day 2:
After breakfast, its time to head to The Indians for a snorkel or scuba dive. Following a delicious lunch anchored off the beach at Peter Island, we set out for an exciting sail up the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Salt Island. Salt Island is the final resting place of the Wreck of the Rhone, famous for its part in the movie, "The Deep" and provides a fascinating snorkel or dive.

Day 3:
The distinctive boulders of The Baths on Virgin Gorda are clearly visible from a distance. Follow the trail through the spectacular boulder formations from one beach to the other. Later on, sail the length of Virgin Gorda to North Sound, a beautiful stretch of flat water that is perfect for all kinds of watersports. White beaches edge the sound, perfect for beach games or even launching a kiteboard or windsurfer.

Day 4:
Spend the day in Eustacia Sound, another area of flat water with a beautiful reef on one side and views of Richard Branson's Necker Island. The water here is a beautiful turquoise and you will find it impossible not to jump in and cool off. Go to the Saba Rock bar for happy hour and the best cocktails in the islands.

Day 5:
Its time for an exciting sail to Anegada, a flat, coral atoll completely surrounded by a horseshoe shaped reef, home to hundreds of wrecks. Anegada is well worth exploring for its beautiful empty beaches and quaint settlements. Go for fresh-grilled lobster on the beach and watch out for the illusive 'green flash' at sunset.

Day 6:
Head down the channel to Cam Bay, a little-known hatching ground for sea turtles. In the low season we may be the only boat there. Dinghy round the corner to the beautiful snorkel and dive site of Diamond Reef.

Day 7:
After a hearty breakfast set sail for Jost Van Dyke. Have lunch in the aptly named White Bay, and explore the beach bars until sunset. Pull up the anchor and take a sunset cruise round the island to Diamond Cay.

Day 8:
Enjoy the sunrise over the hills of Tortola and take a morning hike to the 'bubbly pool', a natural Jacuzzi, before sailing back to port and toasting a great vacation.

Your itinerary is completely flexible depending on how active or relaxed you would like to be during your charter. Prior to your vacation the crew will be in touch to introduce themselves and discuss an itinerary outline with you. Ultimately this is your private yacht, so you can change your plans and stay longer in an area, or head off to new shores whenever you'd like - it is entirely up to you.
