CAPTAIN Laurence Warner
Laurence has been a captain for over 15 years with experience on both private and charter sail and motor yachts. He has a Master 200T Unlimited license, and he has sailed more than 250,000 nautical miles. After living on the ocean for over 20 years, Laurence has extensive knowledge of the best anchorages, ports and cruising grounds of many areas including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic Ocean (7 crossings), Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Panama Canal, Suez Canal, English Channel, and Ireland.
Captain Laurence's priorities for every guest onboard BLACK SWAN is safety, fun, and relaxation, ultimately providing them a most memorable charter experience.

Greg's passion for cooking comes through in every dish he prepares, from classic French to modern Asian fusion cuisine.
He discovered his affinity for the kitchen whilst growing up on his grandparents farm on the mid north coast of New South Wales, Australia's rich farming and agriculture lands. After completing his training in culinary arts at Sydney's top catering college, he worked in some of Sydney's most highly regarded restaurants and has been a personal chef for some of Australia's most prominent families...read more
Greg's specialty is fresh seafood, and he insists on using only the freshest he can catch or buy, often directly from the fisherman. Having worked on yachts for more than a decade, Greg enjoys thoughtfully crafting menus to suit each guest's preferences, and happily accommodate all special diets.
STEWARDESS: Louise Darwin
From the moment Louise welcomes her guests on board BLACK SWAN, she is committed to seeing that every aspect of their cruise is of very highest caliber. She has worked on large sailing yachts throughout the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, and she holds qualifications and a heap of experience in personal training, childcare, life-saving, and managing restaurants in Sydney's northern beaches. When she has time on her hands, Louise enjoys all sports, hiking, camping, and relaxing.
2nd STEWARDESS: Lucy Milojevic
Lucy has previously worked in the hospitality industry as a bartender, in retail, and as a nanny for several years in her native Australia. She has superb customer service skills, is quick-thinking and comfortable in high-pressure situations. Lucy's energy and bubbly personality make her a great asset to the BLACK SWAN team. In her free time, Lucy enjoys swimming, travel, and paddle boarding.
ENGINEER: Ross McGill
An avid sailor for over 20 years Ross grew up in Durban, South Africa. He has a love of all water sports including surfing, kite surfing, and fishing and is a qualified kite surf instructor. Ross started his career in engineering by owning and operating a successful plumbing company in South Africa for almost 10 years. He has since pursued his passion to work on yachts and has experience on both power and sail. His engaging personality and willingness to assist the guests in any of their needs makes Ross an excellent crew member for BLACK SWAN.

Getting back to our world was certainly difficult, if not hellacious and depressing. We all much preferred our life while on Black Swan in the safely and care of your hands. Stories continue to be told and entertain us all.
Everything from beginning to end was absolutely spectacular and an incredible experience. Elizabeth has always been a talented chef but her continued passion and quest for ongoing education and knowledge certainly has elevated her cuisine to an unanticipated level I was thrilled to share with my friends. Her hard work and discipline were clearly displayed on the plate and appreciated by our palates. The only drawl back - not being able to spend more time with her delightful and fun spirit. Thank you to all of the crew for creating such a memorable and unique experience for not just each and every one of us, but also for us as a group of friends.
Well, we certainly echo Jen's comments. In fact, we have told our family and friends it was the BEST vacation ever! (and that's saying something considering how old we are!) Not only were the food, service and accommodations simply amazing, having you all for crew was really special. We felt, first and foremost, safe in your hands and Elizabeth's culinary expertise was like eating at Le Cirque every single day, for every single meal, and Idrina's smile, hospitality and relentless service was like none other. We loved being on Black Swan (a magnificent vessel), but it was all of you who truly made the experience. So many laughs, so many lifetime memories, so many beautiful sights that I can still see when I close my eyes.
