My crew and I ensure that you experience first class service all the way! My guests are treated as I would want myself, my family, and my friends treated.
Breathtaking views, exciting activities, and stunning beaches make it easy to have a great vacation here in the Caribbean. However, I believe it should be more than that.
I take pride in creating an atmosphere that rejuvenates, revitalizes, and inspires us all. I believe mutual respect; honesty, integrity, and hard work provide the foundation to make this possible.
I find the most satisfaction when we all walk away with a refreshed perspective that creates an energy we all seek to thrive on.

A word from Captain Dawn Marie –
“Fun and safety are my two main priorities! I pride myself on creating a unique and far superior experience than any of the other yachts in the Caribbean. My eye for detail and ability to adapt allows myself and my crew to provide the highest level of service and the trip of a lifetime for you, our guest. My core values include mutual respect for everyone onboard, the self-importance of integrity, always being honest, and never being shy of hard work. I have built my team around those philosophies and core values. I truly believe the crew on Ventana is well balanced to complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses. It has taken some time, but I have finally put together and trained the perfect team to ensure we never miss a beat, and the expectations of my guests are always exceeded.” I am looking forward to meeting you; and for my returning guests, this is going to be another one for the books!”
Chef Reilly Patterson:
I grew up in North Carolina where my mother taught me how to cook when I was 5 years old. She is an incredible chef that can identify certain flavors that I am able to replicate into every dish that is created.
I took Cooking classes when I realized that being an acquisition analyst for a Real Estate company was not my passion and that creating a work of art with food that is elegant to present is how I wanted to pursue my time. I took it upon myself to start taking cooking classes to study and master various techniques from culinary chefs.
I studied and learned cooking techniques while I spent my time in Portugal & France to perfect my skills while the boat was being made. Prior to cooking on boats, I worked and trained as a sew chef at a Lake & Golf Club for 3 years providing high quality service for patrons of the club. My passion for cooking seafood blossomed while I managed and operated a fish stand outside the Charlotte area. With 13,000 people on my email list, I was able to offer a very wide variety of fresh seafood, never frozen. I used this time to experiment flavors and master certain techniques needed to cook the perfect piece of fish.
As a chef, I have completed one season on Castellina and currently working on Ventana. It is hard to select one specific dish or type of cuisine to be my favorite. I enjoy using the freshest ingredients available to create a healthy and balanced menu with flavors from around the world. My personal favorite is Asian fusion dishes, but a close runner up would have to be authentic Italian cuisine or courses with a Mediterranean flare.

I could write a book on the week we spent aboard Castellina II. By far Captain Dawn Marie is an amazing person, woman and captain. My wife and I both feel like we have known her for years.
The Castellina II was beautiful inside and out. Captain Dawn Marie and Chef Reilly were a fantastic team. It was the perfect romantic getaway. Their attention to detail and ability to read our minds were surreal. They were taking care of our needs before we could even ask. They took us to all the normal sights one would expect. However, Captain Dawn Marie knew of secluded sights that allowed us to be by ourselves. We could not have asked for anything better.
Castellina II is a fantastic sailing catamaran. Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout the day and especially at night. The front seating area was very inviting and we spent a lot of our evening enjoying either a glass of wine or cocktail with snacks just watching the sunset or just gazing up at the full moon.
It is hard for me to describe the food we enjoyed aboard the Castellina II. Five star all the way. From the eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, lobster and steak dinner, or the meal they prepared and packed up for us along with wine to enjoy in a secluded location to celebrate our anniversary were all unbelievable. Each and every dish they prepared was exactly what my wife and I enjoy eating. The menu could not have been more customized than that.
In the end, it's just as every review has stated: "A trip of a lifetime".
