How to reserve a crewed Caribbean charter yacht vacation

Ready to confirm your reservation aboard a crewed, inclusive charter yacht?

The booking process is simple. Once you have decided on a yacht and crew for your vacation the next step is to ask us to place a temporary hold on the yacht for your travel dates which guarantees availability while you finalize your plans and check flights.

Once the hold is in place we will email you the yacht's charter agreement, which outlines the standard terms and conditions and payment options.

To confirm your reservation we require the completed/signed charter agreement and a 25 or 50% deposit (depending on the time of your booking relative to your charter dates). Final payment is due 60 days prior to your vacation commencement.

Once we have your completed contract and deposit your charter reservation will be confirmed. At this point you'll have access to an account with sailingdirections.com which will allow you to log in and view all of the charter details in one place including information about your yacht, crew and destination - everything you need to prepare for the sailing vacation of your dreams.

Also in your account there will be a link to your preference sheet which allows your group to indicate meal, bar and activity preferences so your crew may plan and provision the yacht according to your wishes.

Closer to your travel dates the crew will contact you directly to discuss your preference sheet and meal planning, let you know how to get to the yacht for boarding on the first day and answer any questions about the yacht, itinerary ideas, or your sailing vacation in general.

Throughout the entire process you'll have a dedicated charter broker / reservations person here at Sailing Directions to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
