Captain Rob grew up boating on the Portage Lakes of northeastern Ohio. Later having moved to the sunshine state of Florida, he continued his love of boating on the shores of Tampa Bay. After a decade of navigating the waterways of Florida's Gulf Coast, he decided to sail the eastern seaboard from Key West to northern Massachusetts aboard his 40-foot sailboat. Upon his return to St. Petersburg, Florida, First Mate Deb joined his sailing adventures.
Over a period of several years, Captain Rob and First Mate Deb traveled as far south as Grenada, enjoying anchorages from St. Martin and Antiqua to Dominica, Martinique and Bequia. Years later their search for clear waters and blue skies led Rob and Deb to the Virgin Islands. Together they have over 20,000 miles under their keel and have no intentions of slowing down.
Rob holds a 50 gross ton USCG Master license with a sailing endorsement and is a certified PADI diver. He is an outgoing, fun and an extremely knowledgeable Captain whose laugh is infectious. You can't help but feel comfortable with him and will definitely enjoy hearing all about his sailing adventures. We enjoyed every minute of this fantastic journey!!! Your hospitality and kindness gets an A++++++. Thank you for all the memorable stops and gorgeous sunsets!! The personal touches on the edible fruit and cute towels were very sweet. It was the two of you that made this trip so special!! We enjoyed getting to know both of you!

We couldn't have asked for a better Captain and Chef. Rob was not only a terrific Captain, but he was full of knowledge about the USVI's and BVI's and steered us in our decision making each day. He listened to what we wanted and boy did he deliver!! From snorkeling to lounging on the beach to exploring different islands, he got the most out of every day for us. And Deb was a FANTASTIC CHEF!!!! She blew our expectations out of the water and we ate like kings. I asked for several of her recipes. Her sweet smile and easy disposition were so lovely to be around. Our daughter needed to be gluten and dairy free and Deb accommodated her perfectly. Every meal, every day was fabulous.
They both worked VERY hard every day to make sure the boat was clean, that we had food and drink any time we wanted and that we were enjoying ourselves. Rob and Deb were awesome!!!!

A truly memorable vacation!!! Great company, impeccable service and beautiful scenery. Every day was a treat with new anchorages and new experiences. The food was superb; Deb and Rob never stopped moving and were constantly attending to our every wish!! Thanks Rob and Deb for providing such wonderful service.

I second everything Patty wrote. The Wildcat Too was absolutely perfect for us. It was comfortable with many separate areas for all to enjoy. It was maintained clean at all times and it offered all necessary amenities. As for Rob and Deb, they are superstars. They both went well beyond all of our expectations, ensuring that every one of our wishes were satisfied. They pampered and spoiled us beyond description! Deb'a cooking was outstanding; we ate like queens and were made to feel as such. Importantly, we felt safe at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Rob and Deb and expect to cruise with them again. They are delightful! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and will definitely recommend the Wildcat Too, with Rob and Deb, to our friends.
Many thanks again. Please do feel free to reach out for any other comments you may need.
The food was FANTASTIC BTW:)

--Deb thank you for making other things for me when I didn't like the other.
--Rob thank you for bringing us to all the amazing places you brought us. I like Christmas Cove. I could tell it was a very special place for you both.

We have been on six charters in the BVI in recent years and it has always been the crew of the boat that makes the trip truly memorable (or not); Rob and Deb certainly made our recent week an unforgettable one. For many, a significant consideration when chartering is the quality of the food. With Deb aboard you have absolutely nothing to be concerned about; the food was absolutely wonderful. Incredible, really. We are all still talking about it, and I know we will be for quite some time. Rob was calm and level-headed; his deportment instilled much comfort and confidence in his passengers. He is a talented and skillful sailor. The crew was five-star, and we will definitely go on charter with them again!

Rob and Deb kept the yacht very clean and organized. The yachts living and hanging-out areas were comfortable. We appreciated the bean bags on the deck and nice dingy that made the onshore visits very easy. The cabin and the state rooms were all comfortable and always very clean. Our beds were made each day and we never saw any garbage laying around. As a family that has never chartered a yacht or spent more than a few hours on the water, we were very happy with the accommodations.
Debs food selection and preparation was awesome. All the meals were very good and was served to us as if we were in a restaurant- a fine restaurant. We still cant believe that our kids ate Debs salmon dish but it was so good, that fish didnt have a chance. During the trip, our daughter said, If I would eat like this every day, I would never have junk food. The desserts were very good and the right portions. We loved the artichoke dip with fresh made pitas served as we came back from a snorkeling trip- great service, food, and timing. We also appreciated the drinks served to us like the Painkillers while watching the sunset- again great service and timing.
Sue and I would say that we took a risk with this type of vacation and we were a little nervous prior to the trip on how the trip would turn out. We are absolutely thankful that we took the risk because it was a vacation of a lifetime and one that our family will always point to as our best vacation. Sue and I also thought that our kids were the perfect age (15 and 17) to enjoy and appreciate this vacation and take advantage of everything the charter had to offer. But, we also know that the vacation would not have exceeded our expectations without Rob and Deb being our crew- they made it special.
