Captain Dave Zimath has been in yachting for over 14 years. Captain Dave started out as a deckhand moving up from mate to engineer and then to Captain on Casurina. Other yachts include Papa's Place, Limitless, Hylarium, Delightful and Pokano. Dave's vast experience is so great he has written a captains hand book about destinations in New England, the Intercoastal Waterway along the east coast, Florida/Bahamas and the Caribbean. Come aboard and use his expertise to create the charter of your dreams.
Chef Laurie Carrico, US
Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Laurie Carrico has an extensive background in the food & restaurant industry. Her training includes various culinary institutes, internships and running her own successful catering business. Laurie had been in the yachting industry as chef since 2001 with experience ranging from casual to fine dining.
If you have any special dietary needs, please feel free to contact her or visit her in the galley and she will accommodate your requests. In her down time you will often find Laurie cooking for friends, wakeboarding, scuba diving, snowboarding, playing billiards, or dining out so as to research new and innovative cuisines.

1st Mate/Engineer Kevin Brown, US
Kevin spent nine years of his life around boats in Maine before moving to the mountains in Virginia to attend Blacksburg High School, and then Virginia Tech. Upon leaving Virginia Tech in 2001 with a background in Hospitality and Tourism Management he went into the boating industry professionally for the first time.
After spending two years as a deckhand in New England and the Caribbean Kevin received his 100 Ton License, then decided he wanted to pursue the Engineering side of the industry as a career. Upon going back to school in Kennebunkport Maine and receiving an associate's degree in Marine Systems Engineering from The Landing School, Kevin found himself on board the M/Y Aspen Alternative as the Engineer/Mate. He has been with the boat for over a year and is currently working toward an Engineering License.
