Captain Kristian and Marianne Sondergaard are both Danish citizens and born in 1954. Two truly talented and extraordinary individuals, Kristian and Marianne are not only highly experienced world sailors, but they have designed and built two fine sailing yachts in the past 25 years - Nana, a traditional 68' Baltic Trader, completed in 1981, and Casador, a more contemporary luxurious 68' sloop, with sleek classic line, completed in 1991.

Kristian holds an International Yacht Master 1st Degree and Marianne holds an International Yacht Master 3rd Degree license.

Marianne was brought up with a love and interest for cooking. Their extensive traveling has only served to broaden her culinary horizons and gourmet options, creating mouth-watering delights for the many guests she has welcomed aboard for the past many years.
